  • If you prefer to get only this class series, for now, enroll in this one and enjoy it for 60 days!

Here is what we will do:

We will work with the psoas muscle to support our physical and energetic structures. Healthy psoas muscles will help us to navigate the holiday season feeling grounded and connected with our higher self.  Functional psoas can reduce low back pain and neck pain. Common complaints when stress is high.

We will boost our nervous system's ability to handle stress. This is our number one tool for maintaining strong immunity and staying healthy.

We will free up old emotions. The holidays are often the time when we stir up old toxic emotions and the last couple of years have already shaken the heck out of us. We will cleanse the old and keep the doors open for positive mind/body changes.

We will turn on the Agni (digestive fire). There is a tendency to indulge or overindulge during this season which affects our ability to digest well. Soon we realize the pounds are back, we feel heavy and sluggish and perhaps more stressed than ever. So we will make sure to care for our Agni, so it will be ready to cook the heavy foods of the season.

We will work with our breath to increase awareness and to improve our breathing patterns. When we shift our breathing, we can shift how we feel and how we think.

We will work on the full spectrum of classical practices cultivating sattva - balance, harmony, and the light of consciousness.
