My Services
My services aim to provide you with the tools necessary to achieve a balanced and healthy life, which is your birthright.
I - Initial Consultation $300
Includes a 90-minute session (in-person or online) + a written summary of findings and recommendations + one 45-minute follow-up phone/video conference to provide clarification on your plan and answer any remaining questions.
In this session, we will get:
Detailed personal interview about your health history, current state of health, lifestyle, diet, family history, and work,
Tongue and bowel movement analysis.
Goal setting for regaining and maintaining balance.
Recommendations for an Ayurvedic lifestyle include appropriate daily routines (dinacharya), seasonal regimens (ritucharya), diet for your current state of health, exercise, yoga practices, meditation, herbs, and supplements to maintain health.
II - Follow-up Sessions
60-minute session $100
Follow-up consultations are highly recommended. They are an excellent opportunity to re-focus on what makes sense for your health and wellness goals. Research indicates that clients who participated in follow-up were more successful in adopting recommendations and improving their health.
In these sessions, we will:
Assess your progress.
Adjust recommendations for any personal changes that you might undertake.
Enhance the daily self-care routine as needed.
Discuss key Ayurvedic concepts and how they manifest in your life.
Discuss ways to make positive daily choices to support your health and personal goals.
