The Core Foundation 2.0 - Class Series

How can we build core stability and responsiveness in ways that not only support our yoga poses, but also the demands of our lives?

How can we move through yoga poses to improve core stability and develop a pain-free yoga practice and reflect that in our daily lives?

Here is where the theory will meet the mat!

We will explore effortless ways to carry our body, and also develop awareness of all the components that generate core stability.

Because our approach to the core is a holistic one, the practices are designed to:

  • Improve posture and balance

  • Support digestion and elimination

  • Help with mental clarity and emotional stability

 

There are two ways that you can enjoy this class series:

  • The library contains all the Ayurveda workshops and Yoga class series Padmasri created and more. You can enjoy taking care of your wrists and learning about ayurvedic cooking. Practice a heart-focused meditation and learn different effective breathwork techniques! Choose how long you want to have access and begin your journey bringing Yoga & Ayurveda to your daily life now!

What if I told you that...

  • Engaging your abdominal wall doesn't automatically mean your spine is protected. 

  • Habitually drawing your navel in could cause poor posture, low back pain, pelvic pain, or dysfunctional breathing. 

  • Consistently squeezing your pelvic floor could produce chronic holding patterns, constipation, incontinence, or painful intercourse.
