Summer Chill: Seasonal Living Workshop

When we understand what the seasons are doing to the body, we can then treat it accordingly with the proper lifestyle and foods that nature provides.

We will look into what summer does to our body and talk about the foods, herbs, daily rhythms, and practices that are best for this time of the year. We will discuss how to manage our internal heat to prevent depletion, inflammation, and aggressiveness.  

 

There are two ways that you can enjoy this workshop:

  • The library contains all the Ayurveda workshops and Yoga class series Padmasri created and more. You can enjoy taking care of your wrists and learning about ayurvedic cooking. Practice a heart-focused meditation and learn different effective breathwork techniques!
